Lab Testing

Whether you've have had labwork done by my office or another provider, I am happy to interpret/explain it to you in detail at your next appointment. Please note as a clinical nutritionist my scope-of-practice prohibits me from assigning ICD-10 diagnosis codes - if appropriate I will refer you back to your physician for official diagnosis.

Pricing:

  • For labs ordered by my office, wherever possible I pass along wholesale pricing to my clients.
  • Whether ordered by my office or another practitioner, I charge $30 per panel processing fee (to import data into your electronic chart, and study the lab values prior to your appointment). Therefore, please add $30 per panel to the listed wholesale costs.

In disorders like Autism and ADD, the potential improvement of symptoms when even a single deficiency is corrected can often be quite dramatic.

For a list of SpectraCell blood draw sites visit Find a Draw Site.
(There are components of these tests which require fasting. Please schedule your blood draw first thing in the morning. You may drink water before your test, but please do not consume anything else. Make an appointment, and bring food with you to the draw site so you may eat immediately afterward. Clients for whom this poses a difficulty: for an additional fee you may hire a mobile phlebotomist (approx $80) to come to your home first thing in the morning.)

It takes time and expertise to achieve repletion - retesting is recommended every 6 months until all deficiencies are corrected.
It takes most clients 2-3 years to fully correct all nutrient deficiencies.
